Modern addition on top of an existing warehouse building the the middle of downtown Nashville. The Marriott Moxy brand is geared toward a young-hipster crowd with minimalist rooms, public/communal spaces, and an raw industrial vibe. The design respects the old industrial building with a decidedly modern addition which pulls from Nashville’s musical roots and incorporates an equalizer pattern in the patterning on the facade.
